Holiday home with a pool for 7 persons with a beautiful view, located in Dracevac, only 6 km from Poreč and beautiful beaches.


 

The holiday house Maria with a swimming pool is located in in the village Dracevac, a lovely place located 6 kilometers from city center Porec with its beaches and a various offer of restaurants, shops and water sports. The house is located on its private ground with  outdoor swimmingpool (28m2), barbecue and private parking for 2 cars. The owner  lives near the property. There is a magnificent view over an nature, see and beautiful forested hills.


The holiday house Maria  for 6-7 persons with total living area of 100m2 is situated on two floor. On the 1st floor is a spacious living space with kitchen, dining and living room with SAT TV, bathroom with shower/toilet. The 2st floor consists of one double room with balcony with sitting set, one room with 2 beds and whith a nice panoramic view  and one  bedroom with double and single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet.  Air condition and wireless internet are available and  included in the price .

Es ist ein sehr schönes großes Haus. Ausreichend Platz (7 Betten 2 Bäder).Es gibt auf jeder Etage 2 Balkone, vor der Wohnungstür, eine Terasse. Der Außenbereich, mit den Pool, ist schön angelegt. Das Team vom Istraline travel agency ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von der Agentur aus wird man von den eigentlichen Eigentümer abgeholt und bis zum Haus begleitet. Es ist eine sehr, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Familie. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Leider ist in der Nähe kein Geschäft, daher in den ca. 7km entfernen Porec vorsorglich alles nötige einkaufen. Im Haus selber, ist soweit alles was man braucht ( Geschirr, Handtücher, Reinigungsmittel,....) allerdings keine Gewürze, oder sonstiges was frühere Gäste zurück lassen wurde, was aber ok ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Wein und Obst empfangen und auch zwischendurch mit frischen Melonen, Eier und Olivenöl verwöhnt (alles eigener Anbau ) . Also eine 100% Weiterempfehlung. Source: Airbnb
