Holiday home for 7 persons in Porec, only 400m from Brulo beach, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garden.

Holiday home Viktoria s located in the area of Porec Novo naselje, only 400m from the nearest beach and 15 minutes walking from the city center. The house has a garden with barbecue and private covered parking. The owner  lives near by on the property.  
The house for 6-7 persons is located on two floors with a surface area  of 100m2. On the groundfloor there is a living area  with a two-persons sleeping couch, satelite tv,  kitchen and dining table, exit to the terrace with garden furniture and shower/toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two of them with balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet.  Air condition and wireless internet are available.

We had a great time with our two kids in early Croatian summer. Sabina and her team were very friendly and professionell. The owner of the house is living right next door and was available & helpful as well. The place is clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is well (non food) equipped (all tools you need, but no salt, sugar or oil) We had a little issue with the gas stove and a plug for the bath tube was missing (but the owner was there, supported and organized a plug).
