The house was built in 2013 and is located on its own plot of 696 m2 .At the fenced garden with manicured lawn, guests of Villa Nataly have parking for 2 vehicles, a private pool of 21 m2 with sun loungers, 2 covered terraces with seating and an outdoor fireplace for barbecue. The specificity of the house and the pool is that they are fully adapted to the needs of people with mobility difficulties. The owner of the house does not live on the property.
House for 8 people of approximately 184 m2 on two floors. On the lower floor (basement) which is adapted for people with disabilities there is a bedroom / living room with SAT-TV, equipped kitchen with dining area, double room with shower / WC.
On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa, two double bedrooms with private shower / WC, separate toilet, terrace with beautiful panoramic views. The living room opens onto another covered terrace with seating, next to which we find a swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbecue fireplace. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.
Near Vižinada there are many wine cellars of famous Istrian winemakers, olive oil trails and the "Parenzana" bike trail.
