Apartment Dolce vita is located in a new-built apartment house in the area of Poreč Cimizin. The house has more apartments, each with a private parking. The owner of the house doesn't live on the property. The next beach Pical is only a few minutes walking away and   the supermarket only 150m.
The apartment for 2-4 personen with a floor area of 57m2 is located on the groundfloor and consist of spacious bedroom with double bed, kitchen with living and dining room with a pull-out couch for 2 persons – all in one space and shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet connection are available. The house owner does not live in the house and private parking is available in the front of the house.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in der Ferienwohnung gewesen. Die Vermieterin hat uns, wie auch schon im vergangenen Jahr, herzlich empfangen und ist super freundlich. Die Fewo ist ideal gelegen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und doch ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum und findet alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist top und sehr gepflegt. Man merkt, dass auch investiert wird und einige Dinge neu gemacht worden. Also uns mangelt es an nix. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! PS: Das freundliche Personal bei Istraline ist auch eine Wohltat. Man fühlt sich rundum gut beraten und willkommen. Danke dafür!

Außenrollos Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer + Wohnbereich Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, Fön, Spiegelschrank und Waschmaschine Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür Staubsauger Wäscheständer Schuhschrank Safe Große Schränke im Schlafzimmer um alles zu verstauen Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles vor Ort gezeigt. Es gibt einen eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, also optimal für Reisende die Fahrräder mit genommen haben, so wie wir. Es gab Spülmittel und Spülmaschinentabs kostenlos. Alle 5 Tage gab es von der Vermieterin einen kostenlosen Handtuchwechsel. Kein Schimmel an den Fugen im Bad. Sehr sauber, kein Gestank. Zum Wäsche trocknen gibt es draußen am Fenster/Hausfassade eine Wäscheleine. 2 Min. zu Fuß ist ein Bäcker entfernt der selbst backt, Backwaren sind nur zu empfehlen. Apotheke und ein kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls. 3 Min. mit dem PKW entfernt ist Kaufland, Lidl, Tedi, Müller, Deichmann, C&A, McDonalds und noch weitere Geschäfte/Supermärkte. Es ist so ein kleines Shoppingcenter in dem die ganzen Geschäfte sind. Zum Strand mit dem Rad ca. 4 Minuten, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Die Altstadt von Porec ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
