The spacious newly renovated apartment  in Porec for 4 persons, surrounded by a landscaped green garden and only 15 minutes walk from the old town.

Apartments Sabina are located in a quiet area, only 15 minutes walking from Porec old city and from the nearest beach. Restaurant and shops are about 500m away.The house has been built in 1983., while the apartments have been renovated. There is an extraordinary garden with a barbecue and spacious table at disposal for the guests of all apartments. The owner lives on the first floor and parking place is in the front of the house.
The apartment Sabina for 4 persons is located on the ground floor with a surface of approx 50m2 and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining table, one double bedroom with terrace, one bedroom with separate beds, shower/toilet and nice terrace with a sitting set. Tolle, freundliche Gastgeber, super gepflegte und schicke Unterkunft. Nur 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schon die Buchung sowie das Checkin über Istraline waren völlig problemlos und überaus freundlich. Auch konnten wir bereits am Vormittag die Wohnung beziehen, die modern eingerichtet ist und tipptopp sauber. Neues Bad mit großer Dusche und Waschmaschine, die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen zur Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet. Die Vermieter, die auch im Haus wohnen, sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Minus gibt es für das Sofa, das auf der Sitzfläche beschädigt war……das könnte erneuert werden. Der Fußweg zur Altstadt beträgt ca. 20 min., es gibt aber eine Abkürzung durch den Pinienwald, die 5 min. einspart. Wir geben für die Wohnung eine klare Weiterempfehlung und haben für nächstes Jahr auch schon wieder gebucht.

Eine absolut fantastische Ferienwohnung mit überaus freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend und dennoch nah am Zentrum und Strand. Durch den liebevoll angelegten Garten ist die Wohnung sehr kühl und man hat viele schattige und ruhige Plätze zum entspannen und frühstücken. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr schön und modern. Wir haben uns wirklich schwer getan abzureisen, da wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es wird definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein, freuen uns schon drauf! Source: Booking.com
