Apartment in Porec for 4 persons with a large landscaped garden, sofa and deck chairs, only 2.5 km from the city center and the beach, and only 150m from the shopping center.

Apartment Fero is located in a quite place, only 2,5 km from Porec old city and from the next beach. Restaurant and shops are about 500m away.  
There is an extraordinary garden with garden furniture and parking place for 2 cars. The owner lives in the house .

Nette Vermieter direkt im Haus.Die Lage ist nicht im Zentrum, aber man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß (Lidl und andere Supermärkte). Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist ein Stellplatz direkt am Haus innerhalb der Gartenumzäunung. Gasherd mit Gasflasche in der voll ausreichenden Küche. Neben den 2 Schlafzimmern hat man noch ein Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer zur Verfügung. Balkon und Terasse stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Zentrum ist in ca. 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Große Parkplätze mit 2€/h bzw. 1.5€/h sind reichlich vorhanden. Dort im Zentrum sind viele Essensmöglichketen. Aber auch etwas abseits der Stadt wissen die Vermieter einige gute landestypische Angebote vorzuschlagen. Die Klimaanlage ist für das Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer gleichzeitig.
