Holiday house Castello is a semi-detached holiday house located in the village Kastelir which is located only 10km from Porec and its beaches. The house is situated on its own enclosed property of 1000 m2 with well maintained lawn, where the guests have a private parking for minimum 2 cars, big covered terrace with dining table and barbeque on their disposal. There are also a place with games for children. The owner lives on the same property but with separate entrance to the yard.
The house can acommodate 12 people and consists of three separate units of 40m2 for 2-4 persons with total living area of 140m2 situated on three floors. The apartments are fully equipped and consist of a living space with couch for 2 persons, kitcheen with dinning table, doublebedroom and bathroom with a shower/toilet.
All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection. The house is perfect for one or more families. Small pets are also welcome on request.
