In the fenced and well-kept garden of 1000 m2 there is a swimming pool of 40 m2 and deck chairs, a covered terrace with garden furniture and several parking spaces as well as several bicycles.
Villa Quercus can accommodate 6 people on a living area of 150 m2 and spreads over two floors connected by internal stairs.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and access to the covered, furnished terrace, garden and pool, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with access to the covered terrace with barbecue and seating set, bedroom with 2 single beds with direct access to the garden and pool and a bathroom with shower / WC.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one with access to a covered balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, nature and pool. The bathroom with bath/toilet is in the hallway. The villa is fully air conditioned, has a wlan network and has several parking spaces in the fenced yard.
