It consists of two separate accommodation units, making it an ideal choice for two families. Both units are located on the first floor and spread over two levels. On the lower level of each unit, there is a living area with a kitchen, dining table, seating area, and a separate toilet. The upper level features two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a balcony and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the pool, and one triple bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC.
On the ground floor of the house, there is an air-conditioned tavern of 38 m² designed for social gatherings, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, large dining table for 10 people, satellite TV, and a separate toilet.
