Casa Olga is an authentic Istrian stone house located in the quiet village of Dracevac, just a 10-minute drive from Porec and the beaches. The nearest restaurant and shop are 3 km away, and the village is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, as well as cycling and hiking trails. The house was built in the early 20th century and was completely renovated in the original Istrian style in 2011. It is located on its own fully fenced 700m2 garden with a manicured lawn, olive trees and aromatic herbs, a 24m2 saltwater pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. The spacious covered terrace with outdoor dining area is perfect for family gatherings and socializing with a glass of wine. There is also private covered parking for two cars.
Casa Olga is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors, with a total area of 90 m2, and is ideal for 4-6 persons. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the outside, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separate staircase, which ensures maximum privacy. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and both rooms offer a beautiful panoramic view.
This rustically decorated Istrian holiday home is ideal for families with children or couples who want to spend their holiday in peace and quiet, yet not far from the beach.
