The house is situated in the village of Dracevac, 8 km from Porec and its beaches, as well as various sports and entertainment facilities. The nearest restaurant and shop are only a 10-minute drive away. The property is set on a fully fenced 700 m² plot with a well-maintained lawn and olive grove.
In the outdoor area, guests have access to a 32 m² saltwater infinity pool, a covered summer kitchen with a gas barbecue, a dining table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation, as well as a spacious sun deck with elegant sun loungers and canopies. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a fireplace and direct access to the pool and outdoor area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower/WC. On the upper floor, this beautiful villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace with the cistern area and sun loungers. The terrace is connected by stairs to the pool area and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings.
Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a peaceful holiday, yet only a 15-minute easy drive from the beach.
