Villa Palazzina I is a newly built villa with a pool in the suburbs of Porec, approx. 3 km from the sea and 5 minutes' drive from the city center. The house is located on the outskirts of the village Vranici on a completely fenced garden of 700 m2, and has a swimming pool of 36 m2, a covered terrace with a barbecue, outdoor dining, deckchairs and lounge furniture. Parking spaces for 3 vehicles are also located inside the yard.


This modern villa for 8 persons, with a total area of ​​290 m², is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are four bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower/toilet and a small balcony with a view of the pool and greenery.


The special feature of this villa is the entertainment room located in the basement of the house with a sofa and TV, foosball, billiard and exercise bike. In the same room there is also a small wellness area with a sauna and a shower.
Thanks to its location, Villa Palazzina I is an ideal holiday home for family and friends, where you can enjoy peace ,and at the same time be less than a 5-minute drive from the beach, shops, restaurants and numerous other amenities.

This villa is absolutely stunning! It’s brand new and very stylish. Its really has that ‘wow factor’ as soon as you walk in. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The 4 bedrooms all have lovely en suite shower rooms and Juliette balconies. The beds are comfortable (could do with a few more pillows). There are USB ports but the beds and TVs in each room. The kitchen is very well appointed. The knives were rather dull but we bought and left a sharpener so problem solved. There are 2 large fridges and freezers and plenty of storage space. The pool area is great with loungers, chairs and tables and an outside dining table next to the big gas barbecue. Downstairs there’s a games room with pool table, football table and movie area as well as an electric sauna and another shower. There’s plenty of private parking outside. The neighbourhood is still under construction but there was no building noise. It’s about a 5 minute drive to Poreč or the beach. Very highly recommended!! Source: Air bnb

Wie schnell doch die Zeit vergeht. Noch vor einer Woche kamen wir voller Vorfreude an, und nun heißt es schon wieder Abschied nehmen. Dieses Haus war für eine Weile unser Zuhause, ein Ort der Ruhe, des Lachens, der schönen Momente. Die Sonnenaufgänge am Morgen, die langen Abende auf der Terrasse, das Rascheln der Bäume, das sanfte Rauschen des Windes, all das wird in unseren Herzen bleiben. Wir sagen Danke: für die Gastfreundschaft, für all die liebevollen Details, die diesen Ort so besonders machen, für die Erinnerungen, die wir mitnehmen dürfen. We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house. Even better than in the pictures—truly a gem! Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, with several areas to relax and enjoy. The house is equally well-suited for families with children and groups of friends. Large pool (about 3.5 x 8 meters, 140 cm deep), barbecue, parking for 2–3 cars. Beautifully decorated house, well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and plenty of towels. Double fridge and freezer, double oven and a, micro, plus a washing machine and dryer. Billiards and foosball in the basement. The location is convenient, a short drive from Poreč. Small grocery store within a short walking distanse. We especially want to highlight the lovely hosts who truly did everything to ensure we had a great stay.
