The landlord occasionally stays in another part of the villa, but the garden and the yard are exclusively for the guests.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a richly equipped kitchen. With the separate toilet on same floor. At the ground floor there is also a small fitness studio.
The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool area and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and sea.
On the first floor there are two spacious and air-conditioned double bedrooms ,each with en-suite shower / WC and SAT-TV. On the 2nd floor is another double en-suite room . This room offers a private bathroom, with large bathtub overlooking the glass wall and beautiful sunsets. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers a WLAN and two parking places are avaliable for guests.
The pool is heated outside the summer season.
